And make sure they get a 'locate' out there and if you have a septic tank, or well, you NEED to know where the tank and lines to and from, as well as the field, are! They'll have to accept responsibility for the cable tv, natural gas, water, and power if you tell them to get it ALL located. But a septic tank system is sorta left up to the homeowner to know about. Ditto, if you have a well. If you have either and don't know where it lies, the controlling entity, city or county, when the house was built is where you start.
