I'm a software engineer overseeing our OS7400 (v4.92) + SVMi-20E. Management is asking about 100% call recording for inbound and outbound calls.
Any recommendations?
Thanks!

I would not do it with a 20E. You are limited. Get a third party device to add to the system. If you use VM to email, there are limits to the size of files to upload. It wasn't designed to do it

I've put in requests to several companies. Just wondering if anybody has feedback on 3rd party companies they have dealt with.
Thanks!
