Management is asking about 100% call recording for inbound and outbound calls. Any recommendations? Thanks! phonman123 Member Joined: May 2004 Posts: 761 Likes: 2 Upstate New York	I would not do it with a 20E. You are limited. Get a third party device to add to the system. If you use VM to email, there are limits to the size of files to upload. It wasn't designed to do it
