in program 39 the buttons are programned with the CO port number 13,14,15,16 and 17.
All others extensions and there ports are set to ring in Program 81,84 and 87.
The only phone that rings is 100 reception the others just flash?
I am positive we have the correct extension and CO ports programned.
restarted the system - no change.
Got to be a reason why they flash and not ring but is not a logical one just yet.

I was hoping Lane would come on here and post it. I thought the same thing Bob *81 so I spent over a hour on the phone going over all the possible programs. Finally I ask to just take a look at 81. I am telling you these Toshiba's are not that easy until you do it for awhile. Phones a 10 button sets ext on port 40 prg 39 button 1 to 10 ##040, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017.... Prg81 port 40 LEDs lit 001,002,003,004,005. Anyone see the problem

It's usually the easy things that trip us up or are overlooked. Good Job

I have had these experiences before and before I do any relocations nowadays, I would ask for:
1) Client's extension list 2) Who uses what line and which phones rang 3) Who can't call out to a particular destination 4) How many lines they have 5) A peek at the system 6) Any other things they might want to add
But usually, I would forget those rules and hope to heck that everything's all right.
