Telcom - we have received two cards with the dips changed to something different, even with the plastic coating undisturbed, so it is always worth checking.
Just fire it up with the card installed, go into the number plan 7XX and see if it thinks it is a PRI23 or T124. My lazy way of finding out for sure without getting out the double reading glasses!
