Great to hear Bunnie! Yeah not only are they TINY, they have a plastic coating over them. That makes it hard to see how they are set. I miss the old days where the dip/pins were big and right on the front of the card.
The good news is we have never seen a bad card - it is always something configured wrong.
People shouldn't confuse a T-1 crossover cable with an ethernet crossover cable. When we make T-1 crossover cables we put black electric tape around each end to make it obvious.
