Thanks for the sheet info Noisycow, but unfortunately that is the old sheet we have.

There are NO dip switches on this TEPRIa card, only a J1 and J2, nothing else. Both the IT guy and I have gone over the card with our noses an inch away and glasses on and there are no dip switches on this 7000 series card.

As we don't have a re-cut scheduled, the card was sent back to the distributor who has kindly agreed to put it in their system to test.

One thing TP did say is that they could put in a different model Adtran but they wanted $250 to reconfigure it. I could get a call to my cell phone from the Adtran using a T-Berd but that doesn't mean something wasn't incompatible with the "D" channel and the new style TEPRIa card.

You would think that TelePacific and other carriers would keep a database of successful cuts where specs would be kept that this model Adtran worked with this model Samsung and this model Adtran DID NOT work with this model Samsung, same with Toshiba, Nortel, etc.

I usually use an Adtran Ace on a full circuit but in this case it would be selling an Adtran Ace to monitor an Adtran PRI box and I couldn't justify that.

Thanks, sooner or later we will get this puppy up.
