Do you still have the Telrad system at both sites? You say you are on Centrex lines, are they Centrex at both sites and with the same provider? You may want to check with your provider and ask if you can transfer calls via Centrex feature. Other than transferring, what other features did you lose? i.e. central voice mail, etc.?
