Thanks for responding Bunnie...
The phone originally had the trunks 014/015/018 appearing on them with only one phone (290 - port 090) set for them to ring in prgm 81. when I set the other three phones with ringing then the trunks no longer fwd to VM.
So I set each trunk to ring a specific PhDN: 014 -> 514; 015 -> 515; 018 -> 518
Then I replace the trunk appearances in 39 with the ##514 PhDN's. The PhDN owner for all three is x290 and I set the CFNA from that same phone.
If I remove the line ringing for these trunks and these phones in 81 and call one of the trunks it will flash on all four phones but not ring. When I set it to ring using prgm 81 on the PhDN owner it will ring there and then follow forwarding to VM. As soon as I add ringing with prgm 81 to any of the other four phones it will ring on those phones but no longer fwd to VM.
