I agree with Mike, check #302. If that doesn't do it try a reset. If that doesn't do it default the system, see if that extension now has the first four lines on it working properly then start over from scratch with new programming.

I would about put money on 302 being the problem. If you have already checked 301.

You guys were right! I thought that I had checked line restriction. However, I must not have as I would have seen right away what the issue was.
