Sure, but the system would still think they are unplugged because there is no card installed.

If there are no available SL ports but there are available slots, maybe buying a SLC would be the best solution.

I'm not sure that's right. You are probably right. I don't have an Axxess at my bench for testing anymore.
I called tech support one time for something I was trying to do and Chuck was like yeah that will work.
Using a dummy card.
But with this problem, it was working, sounds to me with dummy mdpm's, that he says weren't there to begin with, and now it doesn't work.
change a Trunk/Trunk Group to ring DISA, dial it,dial 359, dial the extension number of that call park single line, dial #, dial 394 and then change the trunk back to ring whatever it was before and see if you can call park again.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I have been out of the office for the past couple of days and have not been able to respond.

I will be closing this topic since our phone guys will be out next Monday to fix this issue.

Have you tried the remote prog (359) on the exts 101 and 102 to default them? I've never tried them on MDPMs, but just a thought.
