I have 2 offices that have Inter-tel 3000 systems installed. I want to tie the offices together with a tie line so that calls can be made using intercom and also I want to coordinate call center lines between the 2 sites (one in SC and one in Utah) How difficult is this going to be? I have been told that it could be done using Mitel's Voip System. Is that correct?

Thanks,
B Correll

Unfortunately you bought the wrong phone system. Axxess or 5000 would have worked. Good Luck.
