I’m having some trouble with my Bogen TAMB2 paging access relay module along with my Indyme Connect CU5302H radio transmitter help button system and TOA BG1015 paging amplifier. I haven’t been able to test the paging feature yet from my Cisco UC320W VoIP phone system that I’m using as I don’t have that connected yet using the Cisco SPA112 ATA that I have, but when I push the Indyme help button, I don’t have audio coming from my PA speaker from the Indyme help button system; even if the dip switch on the Bogen TAMB2 is set for station or trunk modes. And when the dip switch is set to trunk mode, even though there’s no audio from the Indyme help button system, the entire audio system is what I would call “backwards” if you will. In other words, the static “pop” sound that the Bogen TAMB2 produces once a page is finished happens first and then once I can tell the Indyme help button system has finished the announcement from the indicator lights on the Indyme Connect CU5302H radio transmitter, the TAMB2 produces the paging tone last. I’m not sure how that is possible, unless there is some sort of wiring backwards. Any advice would be great if you know what might be going on wrong. If you need me to explain how I wired it as well, I’ll be willing to. Thanks a lot in advance!

Never heard of a Indyme Connect CU5302H before. Why can't you just connect that directly to the amplifier instead of through a TAMB2? Also, there are too many variables here...how do you have all of this hooked up? Please draw a diagram that shows each component, the type of wire you've used between them and where on each unit they are interconnected. Also provide the DIP switch settings on the TAMB2.

I just purchased a Bogen TPU-35B paging amplifier and a Bogen WMT1-A transformer for my current Bogen TAMB2 paging access relay module and will be getting rid of my TOA BG1015 paging amplifier in hopes I can make everything work out with the same type of equipment being the same brand. I also have a gentleman helping me setting up the paging system and my Cisco VoIP phone system. Once I get all the paging parts and equipment which should be in a couple days, I will make a drawing if needed if I still need help. Otherwise, I’m hoping the gentleman will be able to take care of my problems I’m having. Thanks much in advance!
