I've had to change some extension numbers. Usually, changes flow to all associated items. This time, it did not. I now have some associated mailboxes with wrong notification information. I cannot change this because DB Programming crashes when trying to open the mailbox. DB Test says to change the Associated Mailbox flag to False. Using Online Monitor allows me to see that the mailbox is associated, but I cannot make the change there. Where is this flag? "Help" is of no use.

You could do a backup. Run database test, and then reload the repaired database.


If all else fails, use a BFH.

No way to do it without resetting the system?
