Phone system worked fine before they dropped the POTS Lines for Spectrum Cable Lines. Now when a line rings and you pick up the receiver on the phone the CTX-100 gives you dead silence instead of giving you the ringing incoming line. This problem is about 50% of the time. The CTX-100 is set to go to the incoming ringing line. Is there any timing or voltage points I could check to verify that Spectrum has this right on their end? They claim the problem can't be theirs. This is happening on two different systems. I have swapped out incoming line card and outgoing ext. cards with no improvement in the problem. Also different DKT-3000 phones. You have to press the incoming ringing line on the phone when it acts up to get the call. I hope someone has seen this problem before. THANKS, LYLE
