Dear All ,
I have connected two NEC SL1000 system together by SIP trunks ... there is no IP Phones the both sides have Digital phones and analogue phones and both system call together through SIP trunks
The customer complains there are a ghost calls coming to Operator randomly and frequently and once pick up the handset there is nothing
Is there any idea to prevent this calls ?
Thank you

Are these calls going through the AA/VM? By either 0 out or time out to operator?

Better hook up SMDR and get some definite data where the calls are coming from.
