OS100 with 32 digital extensions and 10 channel pri

I have one extension that for no apparent reason will bump a caller, mid conversation, out to the main operator ring group.

Tried swapping the set and it reoccurred. Can't seem to isolate any other factors.

Has anyone encountered something like that?

I had the same problem on an OS7100 using one of the new 6000 series wireless desk phones in wireless mode. Phone would get dropped off the network and throw the call to 500 group several times a day. While the reason for mine doing it was pretty obvious, yours might not be so much. I might suggest swapping to another port if you have one available and see if the problem persists. Just assign the existing extension number to the new port so it is seamless to the user. If the problem persists, I would investigate cabling/wires, but as far as a call getting just dumped to operator group, I've only had it happen when the extension gets fully disconnected.
