is there any way to make an old dsu 2 work with pri lines?

No PRI card for the DSUII...it was a closed self contained unit.

I knew there wasn't a card for the ksu just wondered if there was a way to convert time warner pri like you could old t1 lines

Can't see how. The old T1s didn't require a D Channel for setup and tear down. They just needed seize and release signals from the customer premise equipment. Each channel could be broken out to an analog trunk via channel back or IAD. PRIs require tight D channels interface thus requiring proprietary hardware and firmware specific to each manufacturer.
You might be able to get away with SIP trunks delivered via high speed and broken out to analog loop start lines through an IAD. Seems to be more potential trouble than it's worth.
