Has anyone been having any funky problems with the Aspire software 7.85

I have a customer that will put a call on hold dial the extension number and wait (screened Transfer) pull the call back and can not hear the caller
The caller can hear the customer

all they have to do is park the call and pick it back up and everything is fine

I saw this happen and when it did after a while I could hear another user checking there voice mail it was so bizarre its very intermittent
