The system is new running Release 6. When an acd agent doesn't answer a call it logs them out and they don't want that they want it to go to a Make Busy. I looked in the COS and the only other option is absent. I changed it to that but they obvioulsy need to know how to make the phone ready again and turn off absent. I read the help docs and it mentions to program a join all acd group feature access code but that didn't work. I even enabled COS 0ption group presence.
Just curious if anyone has ran into this. Going to keep looking into this on my own but any help is apperciated.
