Just was at a new customer who's dealer went out of business. They don't have the admin password. How do I access the DOS prompt if I don't have the admin Password. I need to default the password. I haven't opened the box up is there bridge pins similar to a DX-120 VM?

Have you tried the default? If it has been changed then it would have to be reset via factory tech support procedure. Several folks on here provide that service foor a small fee.

Yeah I tried the default. It's probably not that important to the customer as I was able to find the issue they were having and fix it. I just figured there was a way to access DOS to run the command to default it. I would probably replace it with one of the ones we have in our office first. Thanks for the quick response.

I'll save you the trouble...not on the CCC or in the manual. It's one of those debug procedures not documented outside of tech support.
