i currently have a customer with a ctx 670 with a pri that has DIDs. i have one DID line that rings to a phantom and is set up in a hunt group with 2 other phantoms. call comes in and rings 1st phantom and when second call comes in it goes to the second phantom and so on. what i need to happen is when a call comes in and is not answered within 4 rings or so it needs to transfer to an answering service. i have aother phantom set up to automatically forward the calls out to the answering service when the night button is pressed. this senario does not work for them. so i tried forwarding the first phantom for the DID and that works after 4 rings it forwards the call to the service but if the girl is one a call on that first phantom it automatically forwards out instead of going to the next phantom so it could be answered and then if not answered it needs to goto answering service. hope this makes sense and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would create a network DN, and have that DN dial the number for the answering service.

You can then have a system Call Forward B/NA to the network DN.

Put the HG pilot in as the immediate target of a MCG and then delay dial your VM pilot.
