I have a customer who needs to have a DID number ring multiple phones at the same time. Besides station group, is there any other way?

ring the did to a SLT port and hook that port to a standard co line port. program it to ring like a regular line. It isn't the best way but it should work, have done the same on an old Executone IDS system.

I was hesitant to use station groups because of some issues I had on an MBX. The SBX is pretty seemless. It seems to work really well, although I am not sure how to make it overflow to a voice mail box.

Under the station group tab, right click the group number then click attribute assign. towards the bottom left is overflow destination, then you can choose station. i think you can also do a virtual mailbox. Dont forget the overflow timer on same page.

I figured it out after playing with it today. It works just like the customer needs it too. Overflowed it to a CCR with some more options.
