Greetings,

I installed my first SBX-320 and have it programmed so that all incoming calls ring to station 100 (attendant) and if unanswered is covered by the auto attendant.
I used the PCAdmin for programming and have remote access to the system via the onboard modem

The customer only wants station 100 to ring, but the attendant would like to be able to pick up the ringing line from another phone. (Smalll office area)

In the Comdial days I use to put members into a pick up group and anyone within that group could pick up the call.
I can't seem to find directed call pickup, or group call pick up.

Does anyone know how to set this up in PCAdmin?

Thanks in advance

You'll need to setup a Station Group with a group type of "Pick Up". PGM 190.

dial code is 566 unless you program a button or use a soft key.
To progam a button it is tran/pgm press key dial trans/pro again and 71

Program the groups with PC admin....Station Group attributes. (flash codes 190/191) Create the type of group...like 620 is a pickup group only...then right click the group and add the members.

Thanks guys!

I will give it a try over the weekend.

I agree with others that the manual could use some work. Interesting how the lingo changes from one product to the next
