Just do a search in the Vodavi & Vertical categories, there are plenty of opinions. We've had good success with the SBX.
No trouble with Vconnect for me.

We are in the same boat, in fact we just signed our firts SBX after understanding that the STSe was just priced out of being price competitive. I sat through a couple of webinars, have a bench SBX and it seems OK. Having sold XTS/STS for many years (Since the STS was introduced)I will miss it. Easy to program, lots of features. The SBX seems ok but I dont think its nearly as easy to administrate through a keyset. We shall see.

i get the idea its much more difficult to program and we may need to get out a laptop every time we want to make a minor change. and i dont like only 3 co lines rather than the 4 sts gave us. i think i need to get one to play with before i comint to selling any, too.

Programming from a phone is not that hard. The reason all of us Vodavi heads don't like to do that is because there is no correlation between the flash code for any other Vodavi and the SBX. We don't know the codes and don't like to hunt through vaguely written documentation so the laptop just ends up being easier because you can see what you want to change. Not to mention that the changes take place just as soon as you hit save and update.
