Does anybody know the emergency number to call. Zero rings the main phone but if she is on it you receive a busy signal. I don't think we have the package to have call waiting. I think their is a way to place an emergency call but have no clue as to how to do it. It been in for about ten years and no documents can be found.

You might try 911.

Be sure to notify authorities first before you test in case it has the "Fusion" option and is tied into the telephone system. :scratch:

I've recently changed computers and am in the middle of transferring everything over so my cheat sheets are still on the other hard drive (I hope) but if that's what you are needing let me know and I'll try to get them sooner. I hate changing computers. :bang:

We single line wall phones in each room. They can dial zero to reach the front desk but if the front is busy they get a busy. Valcom system overide the call if an emergency call comes in. I can't figure out how to make an emergency call from the single line phone that is run off the Dukane. I will try the 911 but if they dial a 9 it gives them a trunk off of the comdial phone system. For now we added a station as overflow so at least two calls can ring at the front desk for now.
