just a quick one....when doing a backup on a 2 cabinet IDS does this affect call proccessing in any way?? thanks

No. However, if a user has LCR keys and is on a call, the restore will put the key back as a 300 with subcode of line user was on at moment of backup. So, on restore, you may need to recopy your LCR keys. 4800 baud is recommended. It may take 45 minutes +.

great thanks...i dont have any lcr keys just 300 keys ....now will the subcodes in my current config remain the same as it is now?...thanks

Don't remember if it is all 300 keys or just 300 sub 100 keys. I guess you have 300 sub 1 or whatever trunk group. Just be aware that if you restore, you'll need to check the subcode of your 300 keys.

every thing restored ok ....i did a separate datasave for the ACD database..it would not let me restore the acd file which I created I recieved a packet error...i the checked my acd on my restored CPU and my groups were all there but no agent programming ....how do you do a separate acd restore, or do you evne have to? and why are my goups there and not agents?

its all ok just got the wrong ACD option on the CPU going to get it fixed....cheers
