I think I posted this in wrong location. I'll try again.
I have 2 GS250 Bogen amps in large factory. The page from phone is going to anti feed back device and then to amp #1. Also there is nite ring over page and output from security system going to aux inputs.I'm taking "tape out" from amp #1 to aux 2 of amp #2. There is no more than 70 watts load on each amp. The problem is every month or two I loose 2 to 3 speakers. There seems to no pattern to loss. There is a lot of heavy machinery & I wondered if I couild be picking up something from enviroment to cause problem. The speakers are 15 watt bogen(70V). Is there any way to test system or install some sort of protection on output. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I suspect that the speakers are horns correct? Horn type speakers are susceptable to damage from low frequencies. Make sure the lo-cut filter is on, contour is out if using Aux 1 or 2. I would also kill everything below 250Hz by enabling the graphic EQ and sliding the first two bands all the way down to -12db. See if that helps.
I also don't understand why you are using two 250W mixer/amps connected as you say to drive a 140W load. I would consolidate and eliminate the second amp.
