Apparently the International dialing for multiple users sets has stopped working. I'm not thinking I've made any changes. So, please assist me in ensuring the extensions have the correct class of service or what ever it takes to do International dialing.
At the station programming screen I see Day and Night Class, both of which are set to 002 for all users (that I have checked).
Any other place to look?
thanks all

Did you check the Toll Restriction (W from main screen)?
Also, by "stopped working", what really happens? Is there a network wave-off? Unusual display on display phones?

I'm not sure 'exactly' what I'm looking at on the W screen, but I do see 101XXXXXX with a bunch of Ys in front of them when I cange to Class 02.
That seems correct to me(?).
I'll check with the users on the sound/visuals.

Heres what to "look" for: If the system drops the call because the station is toll restricted, then you will get a fast reorder tone as well as a message Toll Restrict on a display set.If the system doesn't drop the call ie line light still lit up with the call, then the carrier is to blame.

I'll check with the users on the sound/visuals.</font> The Ys mean that for groups 1 through 10, the toll is either allowed or restricted-- it depends on whether the 101XXXXXX appears in the (U) RESTRICTED column or the (V) ALLOWED column. Did you change vendors for T1 or PRI. They alwys forget to allow International calling.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

If they have PRI lines the system type MUST be changed to DMS-100 or international calling won't work. Bill
