I have one port that can not access Float 1 CO Group, using ADIX and IX-24KTD-3.
When I select Float 1, it gives me the Busy Error Beeping, and will not access line 12 outgoing. Not the display that says this line is busy, but the beeping that is like a permissions issue to that CO group.
All other extension work just fine.
This port is on the same Key Template as all other users, and I have used Feat #9 and checked button, which shows to be float 1, so I know it has the correct template.
When I download Class 10, section 10.21 and 10.22 are blank. Is this normal to not have a number on ANY port?
10.22 shows a 1 all the way down.
I have tried to force upload of a 1 on 10.21 and 10.22 and it still will not pick up a line on Float 1.
The line class in 11.38 for lines 2 thru 12 is CO Group 1.
The line class in 11.38 for line 1 is CO Group 3.
The line class in 11.38 for line 13 (backline/attendent) is CO Group 2.
This extension can manually select line 13 and line 1 using 401 and 413, but gets busy error on 402 thru 412.
I can pick up line 12 on any other phone, and park it, and this bad port can pick up that parked dial tone since they are all in the same park group, but can not get one on its own.
I have swapped the phone, same issue. I have eliminated the plenum wiring to the office, and punched it down in phone closet to another phone, same issue. I have reset the system, same issue when it comes back up.
What am I missing? Is 10.21 and 10.22 the correct place to assign Outgoing CO Group?
Thanks,
Joe

Found out there was a power outage several days ago, so long that the UPS on the system died.
I have powered off the system, and reseated the 408 card, but this port is still not able to access Group 1.
Thanks,
Joe

Check 10.21 again. (I am assuming you are using the ADIX programmer) Click the cell for the station in question, and click the little red radio button... another window will pop up showing allow/deny for each CO group. I bet your station is set for deny in CO group 1.

Yes, I'm using Adix Programmer, but older version 3.2.
I had checked Group 1, and they were allow.
But I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was uploading the cell that had a 1, not upload the selected ALLOW.
It is working now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Anyone have a link to a newer version of Adix Programmer I can download?
Thanks,
Joe
