You can set the time from STA 20 when idle:
Go off-hook, press FEAT + 81
Enter time HH:MM in 24-hour format, go on hook.
Changing the date requires entrance into system programming...do you have a DSS console and manuals?
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

When you go off hook, are you going to intercom dial tone or CO dial tone? Try pushing the ICM button, so station 20 goes to speakerphone on intercom, then do the dial sequence.
