Esi in a large store. Consistently x115 looses buttom map program, usually page zone 1 sometimes a co line. Probably happens twice a year. I have reset the port, cleared all buttom program and started over. The system clock seems to not keep up also. Have replaced most of the cards because of water damage about 5 years back.

Thanks Gary S.

try password protecting the phone, I have seen people hold down the buttons too long, and mess up programming.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

If they have caller ID set F122 for automatic time set or F143 for clock adjust to trim the time.

I have seen the same thing as Brian. Also, have you replaced the internal battery, it maintains clock and calendar.

As Brian said I have a restaurant that the staff will hold the button down to long and reprogram it. We ended up password protecting the extensions. As far as the time i would agree with Justin and check the voltage on the battery. It may need replaced.

I've had that damn battery cause all kinds of issues!!
