I moved an ESI 128 and the T-1 Cable came off of the 66 block and am not sure the Pinout The 25pr that services this has Stations etc. on it in the first slot of the first Cabinet . I am told the xmit is v/bn pin 1&2 on rj45 and rec is v/sl 4&5 on rj45 is this correct ?

From your description you must be referring to a DLC12 Port Card. There are other port cards for that system so make sure that is the case.
If yes to the DLC12 Port Card then:
Violet/Brown is TX-Tip Brown/Violet is TX-Ring
Violet/Slate is RX-Tip Slate/Violet is RX-Ring
