Next time you're trying to figure out why your customer's voice message indications aren't showing up in the inbox but the call control window is working try this: Check and make sure the message delivery setting is set to local instead of remote! :bang: :bang: :bang: Thanks to Chris at the Network support desk for finding the trouble in less than 5 min. Talk about not seeing the forest for the trees. I was sooooo convinced this guy's PC had some sort of port-blocking spyware on it. I just wish my 2 hours of "pro bono" work could have been for a worthy charity instead of a fat cat investment banker.

Also, make sure that the client's inbox is not full of thousands of old email messages. We had a client that read most of his email on his blackberry and left them all unopened in his outlook inbox. He had thousands!
Well we thought that VIP was not working, Outlook loaded, then VIP loaded its folders and databases, then nothing! Well is was running, you just didn't see the call control box for 30 minutes due to the huge load of crap in the inbox.
We made Outlook startup to another folder, and VIP loaded in seconds!
