It would not play any music, because the hookflash is performed immediately after the "please hold" prompt. Besides, I have a working music source plugged into MC1 and music only plays for a split second when blind xfering to local DET's, it has never played when doing an external xfer of any kind....3 way or blind. It does play when a user places a call on hold. Also '#3' is the feature code for C.O. hookflash. Justin - I am interested in that if you can find it. Thank you!

Always did maybe a second or two of moh for me, enough to give the caller a 2nd hint if they missed the first that their call is going somewhere else unless I'm remembering the dsu with a keyvoice and there's a difference  .

For those interested, the character to have Debut/Lite/DX-80/DX-120 corporate office VM disconnect immediately as Justin described is 'H'. It must be the last character in the string. I'm guessing this means it should be placed at the end of the To: field in the mailbox, but somebody correct me if I'm wrong. :thumb:

That's where I remember it going.
