Hi guys I will be installing an SVMI 4 into a iDCS 100 soon, does the SVMI support AA or would I have to put a MISC card in? The customer just wants a message (if the phones are busy) to say "All our lines are currently busy, please continue to hold until the next available person is free or press 1 to leave a message". Could this be achieved just with the SVMI 4??

Many thanks

Mike

Yes, AA is supported on the SVMi-4.

If it's a SVMi4 and not a SVMi4E then make sure you have the 2 port upgrade key installed so it will work on the 100.The 4E is Ok as it has the 4 ports built in.
