Hi folks,
I am trying to run a 7400 w/SVMi-20e in a bi-lingual made, yet there seems that the tech manuals has nothing for this (plenty for LCR). Customer would like a prompt "Press 1 for Englisg or 2 for French" has anyone out ther done this, all/any help would be fantastic!

YES done it for just need some one to speak the differnt langanges treat it as a normal aa but in promts use french and english as reguired

Will this activate the System Prompts also? I thought that a Key Code entry had to be nade by the caller, yet I can not see the the interaction in the program.

Gerrya, are you stating that ALL prompts need to be manually recorded? When the SVMi-20E has Bi-lingual prompting? Assured that the custom prompts per the user need to be implemented, yet how can the caller toggle between the 2 languages?

You do not need to record all the prompts.
You need to edit language number in system wide parameters. then you just change your day main to store input in the lang register plus you need to create option 2 in day main. Program option 2 to go to day main ( french day main ).

Thanks for your help Margel, appreciated! I just located the TS bullentin # 2004-21 from 11/11/2004 that give a good layout.
