I have a IP phone on a Samsung OS 500. When this particular phone receives a call, it does not auto-answer the phone call when the receiver is picked up. You have to hit the line button to pick up the call. How can that be changed?

HI! At the phone on-hook press transfer 103 press 1 for auto answer or 2 for Voice announce.

If the phone is ringing. Then you need to program the extension for ringing line preference "on" in customer programming mmc110.
If it is not ringing you need to add the phone to the ringing group in installer programming.
