Try viewing what is going on in port activity when you call in and try to access one of the directories that aren't working. Before you make any test calls while in port activity type in CP ALL if it's not on already it will turn call progress monitor on for all ports so you get a better picture as what is happening. It seems like you have the thing set up ok. Not sure why it isn't working for you. Like I said before I set this up on a test switch and had it working in about 3 minutes. (sorry don't mean to rub it in) It's also possible that you might have changed something that should not have been changed while trying to get this to work. Good luck man. Hope that we have been of help on this one.

aftech nothing personal but you need to fill in your profile.
we dont know if your a tech or an end user, and the information you are being given is not enduser info.
That said you really should get a tech onsite or contact someone here to get you thru programming. The reason for this is clear, you cant get it working but the techs her including myself have it working fine.
There is still something wrong and unless we can see it we cant fix it. So please consider calling a pro and paying the tab to get it done right.
