I'm trying to remember if Keyvoice's DOS voice mail supported caller ID in the messages recorded (ie, read back before the time stamp of e message), or if this started with the Windows version. Anyone remember? Thanks

dx80 and 120 voicemail boards are dos based and it works on them if that helps.

I believe it depends on the version of the voicemail, and it's possible that it's dependent on the phone system it's connected to, as well.
What kind of system is the voicemail behind? What version is the voicemail?

It would be behind a DSU II running 7A, and the software version would be 8.5.

You're good with the 8.5 but the DSUII would have to have a CID04 or 08 to capture the caller ID.
