Looking for ideas. Customer still having dropped calls and now today they reported that extension 113 can page sometimes but other times it says page is denied. Went into programming and page was not allowed but I know i programmed extension 113 to allow paging. Also, at extension 103 when you put a call on hold you can not intercom any other extension. You can still intercom from an idle state. Also T1 lines are acting up, sometimes no dial tone. Was out at site all morning and witnessed a call that was put on hold and after about 1 sec the light next to the line button went out? I have changed out the main cabinet but not any of the cards. software is at f20? Any ideas ???
