Comdial has an ACD for DXP,DXP-PLUS, and FX but not the DSU or DSUII. Comdials VVP voicemail does have ACD features that work with the DSUII.

thnx, cmdl_guy....yea i ran across that ACD function, but w/ only having 4 vm ports, im tying up lines when calls go into que. so it doesnt really work for me. thanx again.

Sounds like your company is really groing!!! Congrats!!! On a DSUII it is considered a "key equipment" which means the it can do some stuff the the large PBX's can do with some limitation. Key word being limitation. The voicenial can be as large as your apllications needs demans. Take into consideration also that the bigger the voicamil the more resources it will need from thr phone system. Moving away from the DSUII opens up a whole new realm of possibilities. The system is a PBX and can grow 5 cabinets. Your voiemial pc would have to be evaluated to see what kind of traffic it is experinceing. An ACD will sure integrate well with the FXII. I agree with you as far as using the acd built into the voicemail. not reliable and it ties up crucial ports. My next venture is to see what kind of trade in value you can get for the DSU and maybe the voicemail, unless it's a NT machine.
