New to the boards and telephony tech. I have a profit lite system with about 12 digital phones. The voicemail cuts off after about 10 seconds. Users make sure their boxes are checked and deleted regularly, so I'm not sure the VM is full. Is there any other timing issues? Or a good place to download the software for Profit Lite?

Try this, I think it's just an aleen produnt. Executive Voice USED to have a web page for that system at one time.

If this is the voicemail what type of system is it connected to?

If this is like the Aleen VME 4000 you need to make sure you use the right version software if you program from a pc If you program by TT then check

301 continuous tone detection
376 voice sensitivity
377 automatic gain
333 disconnect code

if this worked right and the problem just started then you could try memory reconf. code 610

Log into system admin, enter *610 to activate force re-organize (no data will be lost). I was told by Exectuve Voice this works something like a defrag, puts data back where it belongs.

My thoughts on this system. Its junk.

The early models had problems but if you have a version 7 they work well
