When you have it go to the main greeting how do you control which one it goes to ? (001,002....)

That's all controlled by your schedule in 47-12.
It can be confusing because under which greeting plays by default it just shows "1" not 001.
You can type in 001,002 etc... and it will work.
When you build a schedule here the times CANNOT overlap. so your schedule for 8-5 would look like:
00:00 - 07:59 = 002 (closed message)
08:00 - 17:00 = 001 (open message)
17:01 - 23:59 = 002 (closed message)

if you have an NEC tech ID I would highly suggest logging on the the myneclearning website and taking the 8100 and inmail certification tests.
I know the Inmail one is free, as are several others.
