Calls are answered live 8-5 night term to 700. Is there any time program to put the system in night or does it have to done with the night button. I know it works if AA handles all traffic. Thanks

situations like that I use overflow , 4-5 rings then to AA

There's no automatic day/night switching that I'm aware for calls ringing in. Like Skip said, you could have it overflow, but if they want to DIL it to AA at night. then you need the function key

Comand 47xx is a Schedule programming for Intramail but you can use Nigh mode button as well.

the Problem I've found with the night button is if someone forgets then after hours calls go unanswered
