Hey all, I've got a customer with an elite 192. He has one phone, a 8d that the softkeys quit working on. All the other system phones are OK. I swapped the 8d with another working 8d and the trouble stayed with the jack (port). I can't find any program that enables or disables soft keys. Any ideas?

Soft key operation for the Elitemail? If so, there was an issue with a Q version for the Elitemail that would cause the soft key operation for voicemail functions to lock up. Usually a re-bbot of the Elitemail cleared this.
If you are not getting soft key operation for station & system speed dial, that would be an issue with the CPU. A reset might clear it, if not, then you can try an unused ESI port, if one is available.

In system programming soft key function can be activated or deactivated in each class of service, if nothing else works check it.
