In my daily prospecting for new clients from my desk at my office, I am losing return phone calls which go to the switch boards main number.
Thanks much for any help

It would be helpful if you put your thoughts into a question format for others to answer.
Welcome to the board, please be sure to read the how to post thread.

In the Elite 48, 192, IPK, IPKII, IPS2000 and 2400 if you have a PRI circuit for dialtone, you can insert your DID # to show on outbound calls from your extension (if the dialtone carrier allows it) so callers can call your number back and noth the main number.
Do you know what system you have?

Depending upon what system you have and how it is set up, somewhere in the dialplan you should be able to edit the ANI to display your DID.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your time and help. How can I have my individual extension show in outgoing calls from a NEC office? It's a 124i/384i , what's a ANI ? CP
