Okay, let's see how vague I can be. I don't want to waste too much of everyone's time, so I'll let you know I have not yet talked to the customer, and have not been back out to the site.
We recently put a PRI on this customer's 192. All of their calls, in and out, are going over this PRI. AS far as I knew, things were okay after the PRI install.
I have a ticket coming up where the customer states that, during a call if they pause for a short period of time, the call drops.
Any ideas? This sounds more like he could be talking about voicemail, which I can fix, but I was wondering if anyone had heard of this kind of thing on a PRI. This one doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, since I have never seen this happen before on a PRI.
Okay, my mistake...I just re-read the ticket. It's when they are dialing out, if they pause longer than 4 seconds while dialing. What is the program for extending the dialing timeout/dialing complete timer? Thanks!
