Customer has a Macrotel Excel that has phantom rings on a station. Station 2 rings in on line 2, but when picked up noone is on the other end. This happens quite often, but intermittent.

any suggestions as to how to stop this?

Thanks

Have you tried swapping phones and/or station ports

Does line 2 ring and work normal for the rest of the phones
