I have a one station that the display shows out of service. The dss button flashes on all other telephones. Check to see maybe it was the DND button but to no avail. Maybe its just a feature that need turning off any suggestions. The system is a Vodavi STS thanks.

Sounds like an ACD/UCD agent placed their phone out of service. Do you have a station user guide?

Are you sure that it doesn't say "out of office"? If so, the code to toggle this on/off is 644.

Now that I am back in my office, I see that if an ACD agent goes OOS the display reads "unavailable ACD". That code for reference purposes is 566.
